We are joined by SLMPD Homicide Det. Dave Rudolph who breaks down the murder investigation involving Jerome Williams who was employed by a Cure Violence affiliate as a "violence interrupter" at the time of the murder. Williams helped a national drug organization coordinate the killing of Titus Armstead. Williams has pled guilty in federal court for his involvement in the case. The investigation also revealed the Cure Violence Program to be a complete scam and utter failure in the St. Louis region.
