You may not be surprised to learn that mentally draining tasks come from weak cognitive functions.

What should you do about it?

For every task mentally draining task you have, you’ll want to do 2 things:

1. Create short term strategies to help you right now.

2. Create long term strategies so you no longer have this issue.
