Welcome back - happy 2025! Are you finding yourself overwhelmed reading all the New Year’s emails? Feeling pressured to create new goals? Every time we turn around it seems like we are bombarded with “new year, new you.” Don’t get me wrong, it’s important to reflect and to create new achievable goals for 2025. Let’s do it in a way that gives ourselves flexibility, grace, and inspiration. We want to feel excited about the new year and use that new year energy to inspire us to set achievable goals and work towards them. Today we are going to talk through three steps to set achievable goals in 2025, and not feeling overwhelmed or pressured to set goals. Grab that cup of lukewarm coffee and let’s get started.
