In this episode, I have Dawn Dill, who has been recruiting in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries for over 30 years. Most of her career, she has been self employed.
Her love is sales and she recruits everything from an Associate level rep to the C Suite. She works with startups and huge companies with thousands of employees.
Helping candidates attain their dream job is something she will never get tired of. Assisting clients that are adding to their sales force or starting from scratch is rewarding.
