Rock Legend DENNY LAINE is featured in ONE HAND CLAPPING, a Paul McCartney film that was just released for limited showings in theaters. In a PART 2 conversation we chat with Denny's lovely wife Liz Hines and now widow. We recap the film and get her thoughts on it....plus we also play clips of Denny from his previous interviews on "The City's Backyard Podcast". In this episode Liz comments on the audio clips from her late husbands interviews and chats about the rock n roll legend's legacy plus his role in Wings as Paul's right hand guy... in a Part 2 interview!
Denny Laine was an English musician, singer, and songwriter, known as a founder of two major rock bands: the Moody Blues, with whom he played from 1964 to 1966, and co founder of Wings with Paul McCartney, with whom he played from 1971 to 1981. Laine has worked with a variety of artists and groups over a six-decade career, and as a solo artist. In 2018, Laine was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Moody Blues!
