This episode is about what YOU should do to protect yourself from receiving patient complaints.
Complaints are an unpleasant reality of working as a clinician. Whilst they may serve important functions, they are not a nice experience. This episode highlights:

  • 7 often neglected things you should be doing to prevent complaints
  • 7 things clinicians often do, but should NOT be doing to prevent complaints
  • That there are ways to reduce, but not eliminate the risk of complaints altogether

By practicing in a way that reduces complaints from patients, you are more likely to have a fulfilling life as a clinician.
