We found a chart, thanks to Trey Hannam on division 1 hitter and pitcher counts in 2022. Here's the graphic we're referencing: https://x.com/TJHannam10/status/1843424062493569535 This led to Carter saying he will let his hitters swing on 3-0 counts. I disagree, Dave says he's okay with it.
