CRISTINA GÓMEZ PRADA is the Chief Operating Officer at Hanzo Studio in Madrid, Spain. Before the pandemic, Hanzo was a small team of about 20 people who worked as a remote-first team from the beginning. And... they allowed everyone to come into the office if they wanted to. During the pandemic, the team doubled in size... remotely. And now, the office is available for all those who need it - and they are expanding internationally. In this interview, we discuss why Hanzo decided to go remote-first, what's working, and what remains challenging.
