The Two Jacks discuss the Pro-Palestinian rallies in Melbourne and Sydney. Laws extended to prohibit or restrict peaceful protests are a bridge too far in Australia. No one has to agree with them and some may find it offensive but it is part and parcel of living in a democracy. HK Jack would like a ban on mask wearing during protests but knows enforcement would be near impossible.

The south east of the US hunkers down for yet another hurricane coming its way, the second Cat 5 hurricane in October which is virtually unheard of.

While Trump has sought to polticise the response, JTI runs through the limits of FEMA's support, homeless Americans are specifically excluded from FEMA assistance and many residents in the large area are now finding they cannot be insured.
