In today's episode we discuss 7 things you can do when you don't feel motivated.

Being motivated is overrated to some degree. The bottom line is everyone feels unmotivated from time to time. Over the years, I have found ways to navigate the times I simply don't want to do what I need to do.

One thing I didn't add to this episode that rings true is the times I do what needs to be done even when I am NOT motivated. No biggie. I think the 7 things we talk about in this episode will ring true for you too!

If you find yourself feeling blah over a long period of time, please know there is help out there for you. Make sure to reach out to a friend, family member, or someone at work.
