It wasn't until after he moved to a new country and others started asking how to pronounce his name that Michal realized others might find it important. In the first portion, we talk about respectful pronunciation of names, and if we can extend this respectful use to names - why not pronouns as well?
When it comes to team building, some think the pub is the place to be. But that's not the best place for everyone. In the second portion, we talk about creating belonging through team building that isn't just drinking the night away.
