This week is the second in a two-part series covering the two dog sniff cases out of Florida being argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on October 31. Today, we sit down with Wilmer Hale partner Danielle Spinelli, an NACDL member and principal author of NACDL’s joint amicus briefs in both Florida v. Jardines and Florida v. Harris. We also speak with Dr. Lawrence Myers, a leading dog sniff expert who teaches at Auburn University.
