God is issuing a radical call to strategic prayer, guided by the Holy Spirit, that prepares the way for the Lord to move in the spiritual realm, ultimately affecting change in the natural realm.
The idea here is that God is telling His people to speak what He tells them to say. He’s calling on a generation in this day to choose their words carefully and declare directly to the demonic opposition the prophetic plans He has for His soon-coming Kingdom.
