Join Claire on the Crystal Bar Podcast as she sits down with Marisa from Stumptown Yogini.

Marisa is the owner of Stumptown Yogini which is a yoga and lifestyle company outside of Portland, Oregon.

She was a former ballet dancer from NYC who discovered the healing powers of yoga and crystals shortly after moving to the Pacific Northwest.

After 25 years performing onstage and teaching classical ballet, she embarked on a rewarding holistic path. Following years of a daily yoga practice she took the leap to become a 200 HR registered teacher in Vinyasa and Yin yoga.
As an avid crystal collector she knew that she needed to become a certified crystal healer in order to work 1/1 with clients in traditional crystal layouts.

It look a long time to alchemize this vision but now she is able to offer “Yoga and Crystal Immersions” to inspire others to live a high vibrational life. Marisa offers crystal healing sessions and coaching both in person and remotely.
Please see her links below for more details and complimentary crystal consultations.

This beautiful grossular garnet necklace mentioned in the podcast was designed by Marisa’s late Mother Dolores: a jewellery designer based out of New York.
There are 17 tumbled garnets strung together and knotted with lavender thread. This necklace has been Marisa’s lucky talisman as it brings success in business while activating the heart chakra. It’s been known to often create a bit of magic and still carries her fiery Aries energy to manifest dreams.
