The Puma FAST R3 is the latest marathon shoe to hit the market. In the first run I did a few days ago, it felt fast, but I was unsure whether it was a viable marathon and long run shoe due to the aggressive feel. In this video, I give an overview of the FASTR3, put it through mileage and let you know my thoughts.
