This episode is your reminder that you matter. Life can feel isolating and overwhelming, and it's easy to fall into the belief that you’re not seen or understood. But the truth is, you are not alone. There are people out there who will appreciate you for who you are, and sometimes all it takes to find them is leaning into the things you love.

Whether it's wrestling, fantasy books, or dead malls, there’s a niche for everyone. I share a bit about my own interests, like how much I love pro wrestling and how conversations around shared hobbies can open the door to deeper, more meaningful connections. It’s not just about finding people who like the same things as you. It’s about realizing that those common threads can lead to friendships and support systems that make life feel a little less heavy.

I also talk about why I built Your Level Fitness the way I did. From day one, I wanted it to be inclusive. The fitness industry often creates silos and cliques, where you’re judged by the workout you do or the food choices you make. That’s not how I wanted this community to be. I wanted to bring people together who are working through the inside/out process of health and fitness, in a space where they feel supported and understood.

This episode is really about human connection. And if you're feeling disconnected, I hope this gives you some ideas on how to take a step toward community. You don’t have to do life alone. You just have to be willing to look for your people and stay open.
