The Deal with Danny Brown

Nicholas Brown grew up in the UK and moved to Atlanta about 20 years ago. He started his residential business from scratch in 2009 at the bottom of the great recession. For the first five years, he worked 7 days a week grinding to establish himself in a an ultra competitive market. As his business evolved over the course of 10 years, he started build out the Atlanta&Brown team, created a new development division, luxury division and a resale division where agents on his team focus on a niche. As the new development division exploded, Nicholas was stretched thin and had to learn to delegate and give up a healthy piece of his revenue in order to scale. Giving up pieces of commissions to other agents allowed him to Invest in deals and develop his own condo and town-home projects while still overseeing the Atlanta&Brown team.
