Carrie McCormick has been crushing it in the windy city of Chicago for over 20 years selling over $2B of real estate in the City core. Born and raised in Chicago, some would say her route into residential real estate was kismet. One fateful afternoon sitting at her desk at eTrade she decided to leave and take a walk. Her long walk ended as she wandered onto the site of a new building under construction and accidentally met the developer. The developer was impressed by Carrie’s insights and straight forward opinions about his project and soon after he offered her a job. Carrie quit her corporate job and jumped headfirst into New Development sales and the rest is history! In this episode she shares her approach “100% Carrie” which is the antithesis of the big team model where the team lead is often out of the picture once the listing is signed. Carrie walks through the roles of her key team members and explains how she is able to be hands on with every client. School is in session.
