An eminent researcher in innovation, organisational agility and IT management, Professor Kautz has extensive industry and research experience working with agile and scrum development methodologies. We explore their applicability to creating a culture of innovation and developing prototypes and successful products and services. In a fast changing society, organisations need to adapt quickly which implies taking more risk to remain relevant.
