The Blake Lively v. Justin Baldoni case keeps getting stranger. According to THE DAILY MAIL, something nefarious is afoot.

You might remember that Justin Baldoni sued his ex-publicist Stephanie Jones, accusing her of colluding with Lively to obtain damaging texts between Baldoni and his PR firm. Jones argued she merely complied with a subpoena when she handed over Baldoni’s private messages. Her lawyers stated she had no choice but to respond to the legal request.

Now, thanks to investigative sleuthing, we know the suspicious subpoena originated from a shadowy lawsuit filed under Vanzan Inc. — a company tied to Lively. This entity sued unnamed 'John Doe' defendants solely to secure subpoena power, then abruptly dropped the case after obtaining the messages from Stephanie Jones.

Baldoni's team alleges this was all part of a master plan between Jones and Lively to save Jones from Baldoni's countersuit.
