🐾 Why do some people dislike Doodles? Where does the bias come from?

In this episode of The Doodle Pro® Podcast, we dive deep into the origin of anti-Doodle bias, the trends shaping public perception, and where I see Doodle mixes heading in the future.

Many Doodle parents encounter this bias from groomers, breed purists, and trainers, but why? We’ll explore:
✔️ The roots of Doodle hate and misconceptions
✔️ What groomers, trainers, and breed enthusiasts say about Doodles
✔️ The most common frustrations people have with Doodle mixes
✔️ How Doodle parents can navigate this bias
✔️ Why this conversation is an essential step toward Bridging the Doodle Divide™

🎧 Want to hear more?
📢 Full discussion on groomers & Doodles → Episode 3
📢 History of Labradoodles & Cobberdogs → Episode 14

🔎 Important Correction (1/31/23):

In this episode, I used the colloquial meaning of hypoallergenic that many prospective Doodle parents assume means "allergen-free." However, this is inaccurate—no dog is truly allergen-free.

Scientifically, hypoallergenic means "less likely to cause allergies," which Poodles and some Doodle mixes do fit, but the general public often misinterprets this term.
