This week, I’m sharing something personal.

Not a framework. But a reflection on what it’s been like to re-enter the dating world in my late 40s and rediscovering myself in the process.

At 48, dating feels completely different than it did in my 30s.

And it should. Because I am completely different.

What I’ve realized is this:

  • Dating isn’t about evaluating the other—it’s about witnessing yourself
  • Most of us are still carrying outdated, fear-based paradigms around love and relationship
  • You can desire intimacy without abandoning your own energy in the process

And when you become the governing energy in your life—everything changes This episode is tender, honest, and filled with the exact kinds of questions I ask myself (and my clients) as we unhook from ego-based patterns and return to soul-aligned power. This goes beyond just dating, because this conversation is really about YOU.
