In this episode of the DSR Ghostwriting Podcast, I run through my first article for Entrepreneur.com entitled 'The 4 Key Differences Between Thought Leadership and Content Marketing'

I cover:

  • The different mechanisms through which thought leadership and content marketing work to position the authoring party as a reliable potential vendor
  • How thought leadership exchanges quality, original insights for executive attention while content marketing exchanges value and educational information
  • Where thought leadership and content marketing sit in sales and marketing funnels
  • Distribution channels: onsite vs. offsite and managed vs. unmanaged. How thought leadership and content marketing authors need to plan for different routes to audience
  • How content marketing and thought leadership can be used in conjunction
