Vivian Saad-Ibrahim, who was born and bread into a Lebanese heritage and is 1 out of 3 girls in her family. She is a mummy of 2 girls and currently works as a Yoga teacher, a passion of hers that helped her in her journey with Anorexia and runs a healthy dessert business called BeMyDate. She grew up striving for perfection and the approval of others and due to that and some traumatic events in her teens, she developed anorexia nervosa during her teenage years and was hospitalized at the age of 16. Today with much of her personal inner work, self-love, and acceptance, she has overcome much of the disease and although she feels her healing journey will never be fully done, she cherishes each day she is alive, living through and with gratitude and compassion for herself and others and all the lessons learnt along the way.... she hopes her story will shed light on others. This was an incredibly inspiring, raw and vulnerable chat about love for life and coming to the other end of anorexia.
