In this episode, I'm sharing the juicy story of the #1 time I didn't trust my intuition - which centers around my big breakup back in 2023 so we're really spilling the tea here. Post-breakup, I've found myself on a journey to non-monogamy which has been deeply personal and healing - and trusting myself has been the key to getting here.

I talk in this episode about a time when I had an intuitive hit, but didn't trust it, and another time when I heard the hit loud and clear and followed it through. In both instances, the nature of my intuition was quiet, direct, and very certain, which is a notable way to differentiate intuition from fear and external influences - it's always quiet and never chaotic.
