Today I’m chatting with Albert Matheny - RD, performance nutritionist, and founder of PROMIX - all about what’s actually in your food and how to fuel your body in a way that feels good and supports your goals.

Albert has degrees in Exercise Physiology, Human Nutrition, and Human Performance, and he seriously knows his stuff.
