Starting as a tradesman, Luke’s determination and vision propelled him to establish his company, overcoming the challenges of transitioning from trade work to entrepreneurship. He also serves on the boards of EO Adelaide and Pump Industry Australia, contributing to the growth and innovation of his industry. Beyond his business ventures, Luke is a strong advocate for mental health and work-life balance. As the host of The Hard Stuff Podcast, he shares inspiring stories that encourage resilience and personal growth. Happily married with three children, he is passionate about endurance sports like running and triathlons, valuing family, mindfulness, and purpose as the cornerstones of his life.
