Earlier in the day, the court heard from Lance Jimenez, a Los Angeles firefighter and arson investigator, who testified about the 2012 firebombing of Kid Cudi's Porsche. Jimenez detailed the use of a Molotov cocktail in the attack and noted that, despite partial DNA evidence, the perpetrator remained unidentified. The defense challenged the relevance of this testimony, arguing it was speculative. However, the prosecution presented it to establish a narrative of retaliatory violence linked to Combs. The day's proceedings concluded with the defense initiating cross-examination of Nash, which was scheduled to continue the following day.
