Word of mouth isn't a good thing to rely on to gro your business!
Yes, you've heard me shout from the roof tops about social proof and trust and yes word of mouth is great for these BUT think of it like this:
Do you think sitting around waiting for other people to promote your business is a good business growth strategy? I don't.
