Isaiah 14:9-12
After the return of Jesus Christ, Satan will be thrown into Sheol/Hades in defeat, possibly indicating here the millennial (1,000 year) imprisonment of the devil. Those already in Sheol will be amazed and stunned, but not fearful, at his presence there. We look at some practical implications NOW in this life on earth for believers at not having to live under the power and authority of Satan even though, for now, he is still active and present. We also take a brief look back at Satan's origins
