The state of Maryland got a crash course in emergency economic assistance when the Francis Scott Key bridge collapsed just over a year ago. They're now bringing those lessons learned to support federal workers and contractors who may have lost their jobs because of recent realignments in funding and programs. Maryland's Secretary of Labor Portia Wu is here to tell us more.
