In this FOTH Note (a short episode), FOTH host, Donny Williams, discusses the Trump Regime's willful defiance of a federal judge's order not to deport individuals under the Alien Enemies Act of 1788 without first giving the individuals a hearing, which is required under the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution. Williams points out that this intentional provocation by the Trump regime follows the tired and predictable, yet effective playbook of all fascist regimes. Williams then encourages listeners to acknowledge the fact that the Trump regime and the Republican Party have abandoned the social compact that is the United States Constitution, and as a result, there can be no peaceful resolution to the differences between the factions of the United States.

Williams advises listeners to make an honest decision within themselves as to whether they will live subject to the whims of a Trump dictatorship, or fight, and possibly die to persevere a more perfect version of our constitutional republic.
