Here is part 1 of my 7 part series on things every athlete should do! There is no doubt these are 7 things every athlete should be focusing on in the weight room. The tough past is that most athletes try to over do things before they have a strong grasp on the basics. Does this go for every athlete? no. Is the basics the best way to become elite? it's the start. Once you have mastered the basics, the rest becomes significantly easier to accomplish.
