In the most competitive season of the BIG3, getting an opportunity on a team hasn’t been easy – especially if you’re a rookie.
But with the injury to Detroit Amplifiers co-captain and BIG3 goat Joe Johnson lingering longer than expected, Cameron “Beno” Smith will get his shot starting this weekend in Boston.
Smith, who’s played overseas, in the G-League, the TBL, and The Next Chapter, has been making strong headways throughout the basketball community as of late. He was recently acquired by the Amps for at least the next two weeks.
