President Trump has continued negotiating deals to rectify the United States' trade imbalances, saying, "Our country has been ripped off for years." The White House has suspended reciprocal tariffs on most nations with the exception of China. Now, Chinese imports face a 145 percent tariff, which has led to a varying degree of volatility in the markets.
