In just over an hour the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, Texas rose from 2 feet to over 34 feet leaving 90 people missing or dead, many were children attending camp caught in the middle of the flooding. Rescue and recovery teams are still frantically searching all areas of flooding for survivors. Meteorologists say the flooding was driven by a slow-moving storm system that dumped several inches of rain in a matter of hours, catching many off guard.
