Spring is upon us, but this season is sooo much more than blooming flowers and warmer days. It’s a time of profound energetic shifts that your body FEELS, before your mind even catches on.

I’m chatting about spring from both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and biblical perspectives. This transition from winter to spring brings a variety of changes to your mood, energy, and physical health.
