Adam and Jonathan Connolly of Capstan Bar Brewing Company join us to talk about their extensive background in beer and brewing, as well as their ridiculously impressive backgrounds outside of brewing! After leaving their careers of environmental science and archaeology behind respectively, Adam and Jonathan entered back into the beer industry in 2018 when they opened their own brewery in Hampton, VA.
