If you are mobilizing in an organization, you know the frustration that can sometimes exist when others unknowingly sabotage your mobilization efforts or at the very least, don’t quite see the importance of mobilization. Today, Dave has a frank conversation with John Darnell, CEO of Global Outreach International. John unpacks his philosophy of mobilization, how to balance hitting the recruitment numbers with discipleship, and what he did to increase the mobilization culture at Global Outreach.
