The legend of the Black-Eyed Children (or Black-Eyed Kids, often abbreviated as BEKs) is a fairly modern urban legend involving supernatural or mysterious children who appear at people's doors, usually asking to be let inside. They’re described as having pale skin, unusual behavior, and completely black eyes without any white sclera or iris, making their appearance unsettling. We have some stories and a few theories as to the origins and motives of these strange little beings.
