Mindful eating is a powerful technique that helps you slow down, increase your awareness of food, and build healthier eating habits, all while strengthening your relationship with what you eat.
In the second of two mindful eating sessions in the Month of Mindfulness Challenge, Gabby shares ways to shift from mindless, to mindful eating, followed by a guided exercise to help you put it into practice.

You’ll need a small piece of food such as a raisin, grape, cooked pasta, orange slice, piece of cheese, or square of chocolate.

The more mindful you become throughout your day, the more naturally mindfulness will extend to how you eat helping you make more intentional and informed choices.
