It's easy to lose touch with who we are beneath the noise of daily life—the constant doing, the overthinking, the endless striving. In this episode, we explore The Art of Reconnecting with Yourself through the lens of mindfulness.
About Alison

Alison Bale BSc is a mindfulness teacher. She has worked in health and wellbeing for 20 years, having originally trained in chiropractic. She was based in India for 15 years, where she founded one of the country's first chiropractic clinics. Her meditation practice began more than 30 years ago, to address the stress of a corporate consulting job, and recognising the need to give her brain a rest from her tendency to over-plan and overthink. She now teaches mindfulness to groups and individuals, particularly those living with long-term pain.
