Hey friends! Welcome back to Part 2 of my series on breaking free from toxic relationships. If you haven’t already, be sure to check out Episode 21, where I laid the foundation by covering the first three critical steps:

  • Step 1: Recognizing and understanding your core beliefs
  • Step 2: Identifying self-protective behaviors and defense strategies
  • Step 3: Analyzing the role of the Unhappy Kid Triangle in toxic dynamics

In today’s episode, we’re going deeper. I’ll guide you through Step 4: Challenging and replacing those limiting core beliefs with God’s truth, and Step 5: Setting healthy boundaries that align your relationships with who God created you to be.

I’m also sharing my personal journey of navigating a toxic friendship, the spiritual battle I faced, and how setting firm boundaries finally gave me the freedom and peace I had been searching for. Even when we’ve done the deep work, the enemy loves to stir up old lies to keep us trapped in confusion. But through God’s grace and truth, we can break free.

Let’s walk this road together, breaking the chains of toxic patterns, reclaiming our worth, and stepping into the healing God has for us. Tune in, and let’s keep moving forward in freedom!

May the Lord bless you.

xoxo,

Danielle
