Abstract: This article examines the complex relationship between flexible working arrangements (FWAs) and job satisfaction among knowledge workers, with particular emphasis on work-life balance as a critical mediating factor. Drawing from extensive empirical research and organizational case studies across multiple industries, the analysis reveals that strategically implemented flexibility policies significantly enhance work-life balance through mechanisms including increased boundary control, reduced commuting time, and greater autonomy over work scheduling.
