· Can overtraining lead to poor performance? When is it appropriate to give the body a rest and focus on being mindful?
· Do sports programs focus too much on training the body in order to perform at a high level?
· When a player is in a stressful situation, how important is the idea of mindfulness?

- Which will help them in remaining calm and succeeding?

· What are some examples of certain sports programs across the country (professional or college) that do a great job of finding a good balance between training the body and mind? Why?
