On this episode, we take a class in low-budget filmmaking and discuss Saw (2004), which at the time was the directorial debut of James Wan. Who has since become one of the 4 basic food groups of horror. It was also the writing and acting debut of Leigh Whannel, who's gone on to be heavily involved in so many Wan and Blumhouse projects.
After escaping the Saw trap. We discuss a movie about everyone's favorite and calming subject...religion! Of course, it's Last year's Heretic starring the always cheeky and loveable Hugh Grant in a less than loveable and cheeky role...depending on how you look at it. Let us know what you think! Also, at the end, we mention the voting for our version of March Madness its the Bracket Bloodbath. Voting is happening all month on all our socials as well as Discord. Join our patreon (even at the free level) for access to Discord.

As usual, send any fan or hate mail to [email protected]

For dumb-related memes and pics or short clips of things we mention, be sure to follow our Instagram. Bracket Bloodbath votes are there too.
