Ever wanted to grow your own sprouts but thought it was too hard? It’s easier than you think—and your liver will thank you!

Sprouts, especially broccoli sprouts, are a powerful way to support liver detox and add serious nutrition to your meals. After getting tired of slimy store-bought sprouts, I learned how to sprout at home—and now even my husband helps (and he doesn’t even eat them!).
