If your goal is to get back into singing and strengthen your voice, breathing is the place to start. While breathing is something all humans instinctively know how to do, breath for singing can be highly individualized.

In this episode, I’ll show you three ways to get curious about how breath works in *your* body. Whether you're already working with a teacher or just easing back in on your own, these three areas will help you recognize where change is needed, how to make improvements, and how to let your breath start working *for* you as you rebuild your singing voice.

Blessings,

Sarah 🌟
