Why, because I can’t help but to think about all of my guests this entire season who were brave enough when it probably was easier to remain silent but they did it anyway and shared their truth and one’s brave story.
Have you ever been told to take a minute and really think about what you just went through before it’s all over? A lotta folks say it’s important to soak it all in, especially when you know something’s about to end. Reflecting and appreciating what you’ve experienced can help you feel more grateful and understand what you learned along the way.
