I used to go through life with an undercurrent of irritation all of the time, and didn’t really understand why. Then I heard this quote from Neil Strauss: “Unspoken expectations are premeditated resentments.” The concept was enlightening, and I also wasn’t sure how to start saying what I wanted because I’d rarely done it.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

🩵 How to check in with yourself before speaking up

🩵 The importance of expressing your desires up front

🩵 Why stating things clearly matters

🩵 What asking for the other person’s feedback looks like

🩵 How regular conversations about expectations makes it easier

You deserve to state your expectations in every area of your life and let go of the resentment you’ve been carrying around for far too long.
